Synopsis.
rik in the Land of the Insects resembles well-know stories in which the leading character lands in a fantasy world such as "Alice in Wonderland" and "The Wizard of Oz". The dreamlike style is a combination of live action with computer animation. Erik (10) is a dreamer who prefers to concentrate on fantasising about secret love for Rosalie instead of preparing his "show and tell" presentation for the class at school. When he unexpectedly has an opportunity to live among insects for a night he discovers a magic world filled with adventure.
